Youth Barbell Club

Our Youth Weightlifting Team Competes Locally and Nationally. We master the basics of technique for the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Training for Olympic Weightlifting has great carry over into other sports. Our Youth Barbell Club also competes in Soccer, Football, Wrestling, Gymnastics, Baseball, and Basketball.

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids at CutThroat is for children ages 4-13. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries.

Athletic Performance

We buildĀ on a solid athletic foundation while focusing on individual goals. Our program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training and energy system conditioning.
